Avocado Egg Drop Soup - Recipie

3 cups of low sodium chicken broth 
1-2 avocados 
1/2 green onions
3 eggs
1-2 tablespoons of sesame  oil (adjust to taste preference)
1 jalapeño
I/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1/2teaspoon of ground pepper
2 teaspoons of Sriracha (or more adjust according to taste)
2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce 

Bring your 3 cups of chicken broth to a boil add in soy sauce.
Chop green onions and add to the broth as well as whole Jalapeno, ground pepper, and cayenne. Combine sesame oil and Sriracha. Make sure ingredients are combined and put the soup on high, once you get a consistent boil to whisk your eggs in a separate container (scramble them) and snowy pour them in the boiling soup while using a fork to thin them out and separate them. Bring temp down to medium and add cubes of avocados and let simmer for about 10 to 12 mins.

You can top your soup with raw green onions and optional hot oil if you have it!

Enjoy no corn starch needed :)
